DisplayReviews.io provides a review management platform including review display widgets, review collection funnels, reputation management tools, and a business directory. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to post fake reviews, harass individuals, violate any laws, or interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DisplayReviews.io. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DisplayReviews.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
